Trader Joes Potato Artichoke Salad Recipe Ingredients
- 1 12-oz. jar of Trader Joe’s Marinated Artichokes
- 1 package of 16-oz. of Trader Joe’s Teeny Tiny potatoes
- grated parmesano reggiano cheese (my own little addition)
Trader Joes Potato Artichoke Salad Recipe Directions
Boil or steam the potatoes. Let cool. Pour into medium sized bowl. Add artichokes (you don’t have to use the whole jar if you want a greater ratio of potatoes) with liquid which acts as the dressing. Sprinkle with parmesano reggiano cheese.
