Troy Roller Skating Rink at Stine Park
The all-season rink is open for ice skating during the winter months and roller skating / in-line skating the rest of the year. The rink held it’s grand opening ribbon cutting on June 13, 2024 and will be hosting special fun events throughout the year. The Stine Park Skating Rink is open daily from 8a-10p. Restrooms will open from 8a-8p. The facility is maintained by the City of Troy of Troy Recreation Department.
The Rink will provide a new facet for recreation in an area already with beaming with fun activities. The Troy Civic Center Campus already hosts

I’m looking forward to visiting in the Winter and hoping the ice rink will be decoratively lit for Christmas and holiday season. Because of the size and the pavilion area, I’m guessing it will used for ice skate rental in addition to charging fees to use the ice skating rink.
Troy Skating Rink at Stine Park
The all-season skating rink features a new pavilion, shelter, NEW amphitheater, The Rink in Troy, fire pits, and access to the Troy Skate Park. All of these features are located near the Troy Community Center / Troy Family Aquatic Center. The ribbon-shaped rink has decorative landscaping and a small stage area within the loop on one end and open skating at the other. Easy, step-on access near the pavilion and the rink is enclosed with a functional safety guardrail which surrounds the rink. Firepits and gathering areas dot the perimeter. The Rink Troy will transform to an ice-skating rink for holiday and winter fun ice skating.
The Rink Troy Roller Skating Rink
FREE to use, bring your own roller skates or inline skates. Hours are dawn to dusk. Restrooms at the pavilion are open from 8a-8p. Food is not served at the pavilion during the summer but you can visit the concessions hut at the Troy Family Aquatic Center which is just a short distance away from The Rink.

The Troy Ice Skating Rink at Stine Park opens for the season on Friday, December 5, 2025 and is open daily (hours below) through Sunday, March 1, 2026. All hours are subject to change and weather permitting. Ice skates are available to rent for $3 Residents / $5 Non-Residents. Ice Skating is ALWAYS FREE at Stine Park Skating Rink in Troy.

Troy Roller Skating Rink at Stine Park Roller Skating Lessons 2026
NEW for 2026. Troy Recreation is offering Roller Skating Lessons at Stine Park for weekly sessions ALL SUMMER. Half-hour to 1-hr lessons are offered on Saturdays and Mondays for kids ages 5-12 or teens ages 13-17. Adult lessons available too!
NEW for 2026 Roller Dance Lessons. Skaters will learn a short roller dance routine. Ages 5-12, Ages 13-17, & adults 18+
Troy Recreation hosts Family Ice Skating Nights with fun themes at the Rink at Stine Park on Friday evenings throughout the winter. Costumes are welcome.
