Utica Riverwalk Festival 2017 carnival info, fireworks info, entertainment info, and festival info. Downtown Utica hosts the festival annually. This year’sfestival takes place Thursday, June 22, 2017 through Sunday, June 25. There will be FREE parking and FREE shuttles throughout the event. Enjoy a summer evening in Downtown Utica! Stop by Muldoon’s, grab a burger at the Shamrock Pub, enjoy the carnival and enjoy the fireworks on Saturday evening!
