The baseball camps and instruction offered at The Varsity Shop Bloomfield Hills include team instruction; skill specific camps – hitting, pitching, catching, defense; individual instruction via private lessons arranged according to your schedule and what’s open; specialty camps and summer camps. The staff takes training to high levels. You’ll even see them utilizing a speed radar gun to track the “exit velocity” of the ball off the bat. There is also a team room for meeting and a TV for video watching and
critiquing.

VARSITY SHOP TRAINING CENTER SUMMER CAMPS INFO
There are specialty camps held at The Varsity Shop. E.g. the high schoolers hoping to make the team can join in on the MVP training. The MVP camp is prep for high school tryouts and focuses on swing development, velocity (throwing and pitching), and strength training. Chuck, Dylan and Scott are
all certified strength and conditioning coaches. There is also the ATA camp – advanced throwing academy.
Outside of camps and instruction, Varsity Shop Training Center Bloomfield Hills offers birthday party rentals where party goers can enjoy dodge ball, obstacle courses, Wiffle ball, etc. It’s a baseball lovers dream birthday party.
