Riverside Park Splash Pad in Auburn Hills Opening Day 2024 – Open Daily The Friday Before Memorial Day through Labor Day from 2p-6p
OAKLAND COUNTY WATERPARKS / SPRAY PARKS / SPLASH PADS
The Auburn Hills Splash Pad is built in a large open space. There are in-ground water sprinklers that shoot streams and sprays of water for the kids to run and play in. The splash pad has steps to one side for parents to sit on and observe their kids while they play. The splash pad is geared to children of all ages but is very small and won’t hold attention long. It’s simple enough for the little ones to enjoy, and even the older kids can appreciate some water fun to cool down on a hot summer day.
Riverside Park has other enjoyable features besides the Riverside Park splash pad. Check out playground and try to show up for Friday Night Summer Concerts AND Reelz by the Riverside FREE Outdoor Movie Nights this summer.
The Auburn Hills Splash Pad pad is FREE for residents AND non-residents of Auburn Hills open daily from 2p-6p. This splash pad used to be open from 10a-8p each day but the City of Auburn Hills scaled back the normal operating hours. The City used to charge for the splash pad but it is now FREE. If you go to the splash pad and it is not running, find the ground-mounted red button to activate the water.
Auburn Hills Splash Pad
The splash pad is the latest addition to Riverside Park, along with the new amphitheater that just opened and features live music during the summer months. All of the activities within Riverside Park are within a short walking distance and centrally located downtown so families can enjoy all of them during their visit. There is convenient seating throughout and parking is available in a lot at the park.
