Boozy Chocolate Milk Cocktail Recipe – My Saturday night bartending has not come to an end yet. I was craving chocolate milk after a long speed walking session with a good friend. However, because it’s the weekend, I was also craving a bit of a spike with it, if you know what I mean.
So, I went with my gut and came up with the following concoction which really hit the spot and gave me the perfect buzz. Fun Fact: I use my newfound favorite Traverse City Cherry Whiskey that I also use in my Cherry Whiskey Sours. I’m dairy free so this one is pretty simple, but I suppose you could add a heavy cream or ice cream in place of my dairy free milk for a richer flavor. Have fun with it!
Boozy Chocolate Milk Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- 5 oz of milk (I used dairy free Flax milk and it was still good)
- 1 Tablespoon chocolate syrup (or more if you like it super chocolatey)
- 1 oz Kahlua
- 1 oz Amaretto
- 1 oz Traverse City Cherry Whiskey from the Traverse City Whiskey Co.
Directions
Place all ingredients in a tall tumbler. Stir well and add ice. Top the inner rim of the glass with some chocolate syrup. Cheers!
