THE EASY PALOMA RECIPE / Cinco de Mayo Cocktail Recipes

Ingredients

  • Salt
  • 1/2 cup grapefruit juice
  • 1-ounce lime juice
  • 1 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 2 ounces Eleven20 Tequila
  • Champagne to top off
  • Grapefruit and lime slices to garnish

INSTRUCTIONS
Rub the rim of your glass of choice with grapefruit wedge, then dip the rim in desired type of salt.
In a cocktail shaker, add some ice, grapefruit juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and the Eleven20 Tequila. Put on the cover and shake, shake, shake. Add ice to your glass prepped from earlier, and then pour. Top the cocktail off with champagne, and then garnish with grapefruit and lime slices as desired.

THE MARGARITA ROYALE RECIPE / Cinco de Mayo Cocktail Recipes

Ingredients / Fun Tequila Cocktail Recipes

  • 1 1/2 ounces Eleven20 Reposado Tequila
  • 1/2 ounce Cointreau
  • 1/2 ounce St-Germain
  • 1/2 ounce blood orange juice
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • Rosé Champagne to top off cocktail
  • Blood orange wheel for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine Eleven20 Tequila, Cointreau, St-Germain, blood orange juice, lime juice, and the bitters into a shaker along with ice. Shake until you have reached desired chill. Strain into desired glass with ice. Top off cocktail with Rose Champagne of choice. Add blood orange wheel as a garnish.

Fun Tequila Cocktail Recipes / Ingredients

  • Apple slices (optional)
  • Cinnamon sticks (optional)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons spiced black tea
  • 12 ounces sweet vermouth
  • 1 750 mL chilled bottle Eleven20 Reposado Tequila
  • 12 ounces chilled apple cider
  • 8 ounces lemon juice
  • 4 ounces of chilled demerara syrup
  • 16 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 24 ounces chilled club soda
  • Garnish – Rosemary
  • Garnish – Star Anise

INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare this cocktail a day prior to your event or special occasion. Chose a 1 pint or 1 quart size glass or plastic pitcher. Fill with water and add apple slices and cinnamon sticks. Freeze over night or until solid.

Go ahead and combine the tea and vermouth in another container, let it sit for about for 90 minutes, then strain, and put in the refrigerator.

Put in a punch bowl the tea-infused vermouth, the Eleven20 Tequila, apple cider, lemon juice, demerara syrup, bitters, and then stir. Top off with club soda.
Serve in desired glass, add desired garnishes.
