Bowers Farm Winter Park Bloomfield Hills Snow Tubing
The star of these events is the giant sled hill with snow tubes. For a fee (the price of the rental tube), you can race down the hill for a 50-minute block of time. The sled hill is divided into lanes separated by hay bales and they’re lit up with festive LED light arcs as you race down the hill. Bowers Farm recently installed layers of a “synthetic snow” snow carpet which enables fun on the hill even when the snow conditions for sledding aren’t great. Heavy snow, light snow, or NO snow…. Bower Farm Winter Park will be open for snow tubing and Winter Park weekends will be open every weekend in January and February regardless of weather.
Individual Ticket sales for Bowers Farm Winter Park tubing go on sale on Friday, December 6, 2024. Tubing slots SELL OUT VERY QUICKLY. If you wake up on a January weekend with a fresh coating of snow on the ground and you feel dropping by for tubing, you can pretty much forget it as slots sell out way in advance.
