Mayfair Co-Op Mom2Mom Sale – Mom to Mom Sales are a great place to sell your children’s outgrown and gently used items or for those who do direct sales for businesses such as Tupperware, Thirty-One Bags, or Young Living. Heritage Park Splash Pad Opening Day
Heritage Park Splash Pad Opening Day at Splash Pad at Heritage Park (248-536-5617, www.ci.farmington-hills.mi.us). Heritage Park has a small splash pad at the north end of the park near the north shelter / picnic
area and playground. Kids are free to run through splash pad when the weather is warm enough. Entry to Heritage Park is FREE and so is the Splash Pad! REVIEW / PICS / INFO
Farmington Memorial Day Parade
Farmington Memorial Day Parade – at the Intersection of Grand River & Orchard Lake Road on Grand River Avenue, between Orchard Lake Road and downtown Farmington. The event ends with a ceremony at Memorial Park at Grand River Avenue & Oakland Street, followed by a free community luncheon hosted at the American Legion. The Parade Committee is looking for volunteers who would like to join the team and help organize and manage the event. Full Moon Fridays Farmington Hills – Enjoy the evening air as you head into Heritage Park after dark at a Full
Moon Friday Night Hike. Listen for nocturnal animals, observe the night sky, and heighten your senses along the way. Cost is $5 per person. Pre-registration required. Farmington Summer Concerts
Farmington Summer Concerts at Riley Park – Riley Park in Farmington, Michigan will host free summer concerts on Friday nights at the Walter E Sundquist Pavilion as part of the Rhythmz in Riley Park concert series.
Also usually featured at Riley Park will be the Lunch Beats noon-time summer concert series every Wednesday this summer.
Concerts run every Friday from 7p-9p and feature pop music, folk, country, rock-a-billy and more. Chairs and blankets are recommended.
