Clarkston Tons of Trucks and Kids Play Free Day – at Clintonwood Park. A FREE day of play and family fun at Clintonwood Park which includes Tons of Truck (touch a truck event), bouncers, games, crafts, FREE admission to the spray park, and Kids Only Garage Sale.

Southfield Outdoor Movie Nights
Southfield Outdoor Movie Nights – Southfield MI will host outdoor summer movie nights under the stars as part of their Family Fun Nights hosted periodically throughout the summer.
Previous years have offered fun for the whole family featuring a Kids’ Fun Area with loads of inflatables (you MUST wear socks to participate on the inflatables!), rock climbing wall and more.
Be sure to bring your lawn chairs or a blanket to sit and enjoy the movie. Refreshments will be available for purchase.

Parents, grandparents, nannies and caregivers: Bring your little ones to Wint Nature Center for a caregiver-guided hour of activities, fun and friendship with local families on Thursdays. Participate in a caregiver-led activity provided by nature center staff. Enjoy coffee, tea and conversation with other caregivers. Strengthen community connections –conversation for adults; social interaction for babies, toddlers and young children. Optional activities may take place outside, dress for the weather. This program is free and no preregistration is necessary, although park entry fee applies for those without a vehicle permit. Caregivers must supervise children at all times. Siblings are welcome. Have fun shooting at 3D zombies and other monstrous targets during Monster Mayhem. General archery instruction will be provided. All equipment is included. Southfield Free Summer Concerts
Southfield Free Summer Concerts – Southfield Gazebo Summer Concert Series, Eat to the Beat, Summer in the City, and Kids Concerts concerts are happening this summer. Southfield will be hosting the Gazebo Summer Concert series at Burgh Historical Park on Tuesday evenings from 7p-8:30p. Bring the family and enjoy the music!
You can also enjoy the Eat to the Beat summer morning concert series on select one Thursday a month at Civic Center Drive and Central Park Boulevard, and the Friday Night Concert Series at the Southfield Municipal Complex.

Clarkston Preschool Nature Program
Clarkston Preschool Nature Program at Wint Nature Center (248-625-6473). Children ages 3-6 can enjoy nature fun as they increase their love for the outdoors. A naturalist will engage children with a story, nature talk and a related hands-on activity. Each child will make a craft to take home. A different seasonal theme each month. Cost is $5/child.
