Rochester Antique Appraisal Day – Participants are asked to bring their items, or photos of larger items, to have their treasures appraised. All items are appraised at fair market value. Bloomer Park Sap to Syrup Pancake Breakfast
Bloomer Park Sap to Syrup Pancake Breakfast – (3 time slots available). Visit Bloomer Park and our Sugar Bush to see an old-fashioned sap-to-syrup boiling operation. We will be making syrup from trees tapped right here in Rochester Hills. Sample some real maple syrup and enjoy a pancake breakfast complete with sausage, juice and coffee. Indian Springs Preschool Nature Explorers at Indian Springs Metropark – (248-625-6640, metroparks.com)
Preschool Nature Explorers is a monthly nature program for preschool-aged children (accompanied by an adult). The first Thursday of each month we will learn about a different nature topic through stories, outdoor exploration, and activities or crafts. Ages 3-6. $3 Child / Adults FREE. Pre-registration required. Advanced pre-registration required online or call 248-625-7280. A Metroparks daily or annual vehicle pass is required to enter any Metropark. VoRH Car Seat Safety Check-up – Fire Department technicians will inspect your child seats, provide installation tips, and ensure your children are in the right seat for their size and age.
