Waterford Oaks Try BMX for Free
Waterford Oaks Try BMX for Free – Never experienced the thrill of BMX before? Try it for free! Riders must be
age two or older and wear long sleeve shirts, pants and closed-toe shoes (no Crocs). There is no charge for admission, bike rental, helmet rental or track time on free trial day. For more information, call 248-924-0043.
Must be a 2-wheeled bike (no training wheels) or a balance bike for our younger riders. Helmets are required, full-face helmets are recommended, long pants and long-shirts are also required. Waterford Oaks BMX does have a rental fleet of bikes and helmets. Limited to first come-first served at an additional cost.
Sheep Shearing and Pancake Breakfast

Hosted by Waterford Parks & Recreation. Enjoy the farm animals, make & take craft, the annual sheep shearing, and a pancake breakfast. Admission is FREE but donations are being accepted to benefit the park/farm. Pancake breakfast cost is $5 for 10 & under and $8 for ages 11+.
Southfield Tennis FREE for All

VoRH Car Seat Safety Check-up – Fire Department technicians will inspect your child seats, provide installation tips, and ensure your children are in the right seat for their size and age. Sign up for an appointment to guarantee a spot using the link below or stop in on the day of the event. This is a FREE event. Oakland County Parks Pet Wellness Clinic
Oakland County Parks Pet Wellness Clinic – at Waterford Oaks. Oakland County Parks Pet Vaccinations clinics for dogs and cats are low-cost. Pets must either be leashed or brought in a carrier to the events. No appointments are needed to get your pet vaccinated, obtain preventative care, receive microchipping and/or purchase a dog license. Vaccinations, heartworm tests, flea prevention and dewormer are available. For pet safety, bring dogs on a short leash with a snug collar and cats in a carrier. There are no residency requirements

Southfield Bike Safety Night – the Family Fun & Bike Safety Night will be at Southfield Municipal Center Tennis Courts. Bring your bike
