Campus Martius Park Carriage Rides
Campus Martius Park Carriage Rides take place during the holiday season on Fridays & Saturdays from November 18 through December 30. See Downtown Detroit at Christmastime like you never have before – from inside an enchanted horse drawn carriage. Carriage rides take off from the Woodward Esplanade, directly south of Campus Martius Park. Rides are $10 per person and last about 15 to 20 minutes. On site only. Heritage Park Sweetheart Stroll – Celebrate Valentines Day with a candle-lit hike through the trails of Heritage Park. Share your love of nature as you discover the courtship and mating behaviors of native animals. Complete the evening with a warm drink and sweet treats at the Nature Center. Ages 18+. Troy Historic Village Egg Hunt – the Troy Historic Village Spring Egg Hunt will take place at 4p-7:30p on Friday & 11a-3p on Saturday. Collect eggs to trade for goodies, make a craft, get your EGGSercise with a HOPstacle course, and play carnival-style games with your family. Egg collection at Spring Egg Hunt is structured, with each family collecting eggs in a designated lane. Pre-registration required at www.troyhistoricvillage.org.
