Farmington Hills Earth Day Celebration – at Heritage Park. Enjoy FREE family-fun activities, live music, face painting, crafts, food trucks, info booths, and giveaways and more at the annual celebration. No registration required. All ages are welcome. Hosted by the Farmington Hills Special Services (Parks & Rec) Department.
Kids Night at the Hawk
Kids Night at the Hawk Community Center – Parents can plan a special night-out while kids get to enjoy a night-in at the Hawk Community Center. Hawk Recreation Staff will plan and oversee activities for a fun-filled night. You do not need to be a passholder to participate. Emergency form must be filled out at check-in. Participants will have supervised access to the pool and should bring a swimsuit if they wish to participate in pool activities. AGES 5-11. Resident/Non-Resident $25/$30. To register. Heritage Park Splash Pad Opening Day
Heritage Park Splash Pad Opening Day at Splash Pad at Heritage Park (248-536-5617, www.ci.farmington-hills.mi.us). Heritage Park has a small splash pad at the north end of the park near the north shelter / picnic
area and playground. Kids are free to run through splash pad when the weather is warm enough. Entry to Heritage Park is FREE and so is the Splash Pad! REVIEW / PICS / INFO

Three ceremonies conducted by Highland VFW Post 9914. NOTE – Ceremonies are very brief. Those planning on attending should arrive at the locations well before the scheduled start times. 8a at Highland Cemetery, 8:30a at Highland Veterans Memorial Park, and 9a at West Highland Cemetery. American Legion Post 374 and VFW Post 9222 are hosting a Memorial Day Ceremony at City Hall. Following the ceremony, the Legion will host a post-ceremony at noon. Hosted by the City of Berkley. Hosted by the Berkley American Legion Stanley J. Fons Post 374.
