Westland MLK Celebration and Remembrance Walk – The City will start with a remembrance walk to commemorate his life and legacy followed by our annual ceremony to express how Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. had inspired us, what his message means to us, and to help inspire people to continue with his message and help make the world a more inclusive and righteous place for us and our children to live in. Lake Orion / Orion Twp Easter Bunny Bop – at Orion Center 9:30a, 11a, & 12:30p (3 different sessions)
Photo visit with a special bunny, refreshments, craft projects an egg hunt with toys and candy-stuffed eggs and a few other surprises. Bring your own basket for filling with candy and prizes. Youth will be broken down by age for equal opportunity hunting for all. Pre-registration required, spaces are limited. Egg hunt will be held indoors in the event of inclement weather.
