Van Hoosen Museum Sap to Syrup Pancake Breakfast – at Van Hoosen Museum. Three one-hour sessions – 9a, 10a, or 11a.
Visit the Museum at Van Hoosen Farm to see an old-fashioned sap-to-syrup from trees tapped right here in Rochester Hills. Sample some real maple syrup and enjoy a pancake breakfast complete with sausage, juice, and coffee. When purchasing tickets, please specify which sessions you would like to attend. Spencer Park Bass Tournament – The Park Bass Tournament is open to ALL AGES and SKILL LEVELS. All fishing is done from shore and there will be prizes for the most bass caught and also for the largest bass. Tournament participation is $5. Participants receive free park vehicle entry. Hosted by Waterford Parks & Recreation. Enjoy the farm animals, make & take craft, the annual sheep shearing, and a pancake breakfast. Admission is FREE but donations are being accepted to benefit the park/farm. Pancake breakfast cost is $5 for 10 & under and $8 for ages 11+.
