Oakland County Moms Calendar of Metro Detroit Spring Events
Spencer Park Bass Tournament – The Park Bass Tournament is open to ALL AGES and SKILL LEVELS. All fishing is done from shore and there will be prizes for the most bass caught and also for the largest bass. Tournament participation is $5. Participants receive free park vehicle entry. Blessing of the Pets – All friendly pets (and their people) are welcome to Central Church’s annual Blessing of the Pets. Join us for an evening of fun, including:

Detroit Santa Claus Pet Photos
Detroit Santa Claus Pet Photos at K-9 Pet Supplies. Detroit K-9 Pet Supplies invites you to bring your whole family – including your pets – to have pictures taken with Santa. Photos will be taken by Detroit K-9 staff and sent to attendees by text or email. Animals of all kinds are welcome at the event; dogs must be on a leash and all other animals must be in a carrier. Per Oakland Twp Parks and Rec: Oakland Township’s Winter Carnival on January 27 has been cancelled due to poor field conditions. The Bear Creek Nature Park field is currently waterlogged and slushy as a result of the warming weather, snow melt, and rain.
Bunny & Barks at Daisy Knight Dog Park
Bunny & Barks at Daisy Knight Dog Park – Easter Bunny at Daisy Knight Dog Park for your dog to visit and get their pictures taken. Troy Rec will have the small dog area blocked off for this event, so your pup can run and play with some friends.
