Light Up Beacon Park
Light Up Beacon Park is family fun at Beacon Park in Detroit. Children of all ages are invited to experience “Toyland” at Beacon Park with larger-than-life light features, including a Choo-Choo Train, Giant Teddy Bear and other photo moments. These new and returning interactive lighting features, totaling more than 125,000 twinkling LED lights will illuminate Beacon Park. Opening Night 11/18 from 5p-11:30p features dancers, live entertainment, live reindeer, Santa, and more. Hosted by the Downton Detroit Partnership.

In honor of both holidays, Cranbrook is offering free admission to one special adult in your life on Saturday, May 11 and on Sunday May 12. To receive the complimentary ticket, please purchase all tickets for your group on-site. The last tickets will be sold 45 minutes before closing. Over the course of the summer, families will come from across Metro Detroit each Friday, Saturday and Sunday from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day to enjoy free pop, rock, jazz, country R&B and oldies concerts all summer long.
