Royal Oak Skate with Santa at Lindell Ice Arena. Arrive early to check out the FREE Holiday Ice Show performed by New Edge Figure Skaters at 1:30p. Skate with Santa follows at 3:30p. Public skates are $10 per skater, but you may want to call 248-246-3950 to confirm because no price is listed for the Santa event. Kensington Metropark Snacks with Santa – (810-227-8910, metroparks.com). A holiday season tradition at the Farm. Each visit includes a horse-drawn hayride or sleigh ride (weather dependent on which is available), a holiday sing-a-long, (complete with cozy blankets, song sheets, and jingle bells), snacks, (fruit, cookies, juice, hot cocoa, and coffee), and most importantly, a visit with Santa by the Christmas Tree. All ages. $12 per person. Pre-registration is required online or by calling 810-227-8910. A Metroparks daily or annual vehicle pass is required to enter any Metropark. Milford Friday Night Live Concerts
Milford Friday Night Live Concerts – Hosted by Huron Valley Council for the Arts and the Milford DDA. The Milford DDA also hosts FREE Summer Concerts at Central Park on Thursday Nights.
Milford Downtown Development Authority and Huron Valley Council for the Arts jointly present the popular Friday Night Live Concert Series; the concert will take place rain or shine. In the event of inclement weather, the concert will move into the nearby Milford Presbyterian Church.

Sylvan Lake Memorial Day Parade
Sylvan Lake Memorial Day Parade – 11a (lineup) / Parade at 11:30a at Sylvan Lake City Hall and Memorial Park.
The Parade will begin at 11:30a at City Hall and end at Memorial Park with a brief ceremony. Kids are welcome to decorate their bikes and participate in the parade. Veterans that wish to participate are asked to contact Jim Smith at 248-904-9085 to be recognized at Memorial Park ceremony. Kids can begin decorating their bikes for the bike parade (with supplies provided) at City Hall at 10:30a. If you would like to volunteer at the parade / ceremony please contact sylvanlakeparade@gmail.com.
