Red Oaks Nature Center Homeschool Series
Red Oaks Nature Center Homeschool Series (248-585-0100) A new homeschool theme each month.
Homeschool sessions are adapted for two age groups: Ages 6-9 and ages 10-13. Cost is $10/child/session. Preregistration with payment is required by calling 248-858-0916 weekdays or register online. No on-site registration will be available. Sessions are designed as a drop-off program for youth. All students are welcome. Hosted by Oakland County Parks and Recreation.

Berkley Days Carnival will feature a huge carnival midway, craft show, food, live entertainment, beer tent or beer arena, annual pancake breakfast, horseshoe tournament, and so much more!

Mom’s Day at Canterbury Village – Canterbury Village will be transformed into the Mesozoic
Era with prehistoric dinosaurs throughout. Guest will stroll through this outdoor Dinosaur adventure and get up close and personal with almost 100 life-like creatures, reptiles and life-size dinosaurs. Moms & Grandmothers get FREE admission Mother’s Day Weekend! Tickets are just $11.99 until 4/29/24. After, they will increase to $14.99. Tickets purchased at the door will be $20. Parking is FREE. Red Oaks Preschool Nature Program – Red Oaks Nature Center (248-585-0100). Children ages 3-6 can enjoy
nature fun as they increase their love for the outdoors. A naturalist will engage children with a story, nature talk and a related hands-on activity. Each child will make a craft to take home. Berkley Summer Outdoor Movie Night
Berkley Summer Outdoor Movie Night – Berkley, Michigan Parks and Rec is holding Free Summer Outdoor Movie Night at Community Park (next to the Berkley Community Center). They are also hosting another outdoor movie on the Berkley Community Center Lawn. The movies start at dusk but the fun starts at 6p. Often there is plenty of entertainment for the kids at these events. Often there have been inflatables and concessions stands before the movie starts. Bring a blanket or lawn chair and enjoy! This movie is part of Berkley Parks and Rec’s Summer Fest. Summer Fest a series of fun events for people of all ages that reside in Berkley.
