Kensington Metropark Maple’s Sweet Story – Take a guided walk through the farm’s Sugar Bush. Learn how
to pick the right maple tree, then watch how maple trees are tapped and sap is collected. Stop by the French and Native American camps to hear and see how these techniques have changed through the years. Then visit the Sugar Shack to see and smell the sap being boiled down into maple sugar. Real maple sugar products will be available for purchase. All ages. $3 per child / Adults $5. Pre-registration is required online or by calling 810-227-8910. A Metroparks daily or annual vehicle pass is required to enter any Metropark. Permits are on sale NOW. You can pick one up at metroparks.com OR visit your local Metropark today.

Maybury Farm Making Maple Syrup Tours – 50165 Eight Mile approximately 1 ¼ miles west of Beck, Northville Twp, MI 48167. Take a hayride to the Maple tree grove, tap the trees, bring sap back to evaporator and watch how maple syrup is made. Your family will not only see all of the steps in producing maple syrup but they will also take part in the process. Maple syrup and maple syrup products for purchase in the General Store in the Welcome Center. Dress warmly and boots are a must. Call 248-374-0200 for cost info and registration info. Bloomer Park Sap to Syrup Pancake Breakfast – (3 time slots available). Visit Bloomer Park and our Sugar Bush to see an old-fashioned sap-to-syrup boiling operation. We will be making syrup from trees tapped right here in Rochester Hills. Sample some real maple syrup and enjoy a pancake breakfast complete with sausage, juice and coffee. Milford Friday Night Live Concerts
Milford Friday Night Live Concerts – Hosted by Huron Valley Council for the Arts and the Milford DDA. The Milford DDA also hosts FREE Summer Concerts at Central Park on Thursday Nights.
Milford Downtown Development Authority and Huron Valley Council for the Arts jointly present the popular Friday Night Live Concert Series; the concert will take place rain or shine. In the event of inclement weather, the concert will move into the nearby Milford Presbyterian Church.

Northville Summer Concerts
Northville Summer Concerts – The Northville, Michigan Downtown Development Authority has announced their Summer Concert Series dates.
The Northville concerts will be held on Friday and Saturday evenings from June through August at the Town Square (Located on Main Street across from the Marquis Theatre). Concerts start at 7p. These shows are all acoustic.
