West Bloomfield Little Hikers – at West Bloomfield Twp Recreation Activities Center (wbparks.org). Join our Naturalist on a nature
discovery walk. Enjoy silly songs and fun activities to keep all ages, from babies to school-aged engaged. Families can explore the Nature Room and Outdoor Natural Play Area after the hike. The trail is 0.5 miles and unpaved so only all-terrain strollers are recommended. A baby backpack/carrier is suggested for infants. The fee is per family. $3 resident / $5 non-resident. Berkley Touch-A-Truck Event
Berkley Touch-A-Truck Event– Berkley Public Works Interactive Touch-A-Truck at Berkley Community Center. Kids and adults can
explore and learn more about the variety of Public Works, fire, and police trucks and equipment used. This hands-on experience will also feature opportunities to paint a plow and name the Public Works trucks for the upcoming year, with coloring pages and yard games onsite to entertain kids of any age. Dog Day at the Oak Park Pool
Dog Day at the Oak Park Pool (248-691-7555) – Each registered dog receives a gift and a 55 minute dog-only swim session. Different 55 minute blocks of time per weight of dog. The owners must provide proof of current vaccinations and a dog license before the dog is allowed entry. All dogs must be at least four months old. Dogs displaying aggressive behavior will be asked to leave without refund. Register your dog and learn about cost info at 248-691-7555 and indicate your dog’s weight (under 30 lbs, 30-69 lbs, or 70 lbs plus). Hosted by Oak Park Recreation.
