Tour the farm, view traditional demonstrations, and be entertained by Rosco the Clown. The Kensington Living History Village will be open, showcasing early pioneer skills. Make sure to take a horse-drawn hayride to and from the pumpkin patch to pick out the perfect pumpkins for you and your family. (Pumpkins and gourds are priced according to size. Trick or Treat Along the Trail – Celebrate Halloween with fun, safe and non-scary trick-or-treating in the park for the whole family at Kensington Metropark. Follow the path of pumpkins along the festive trail to find fall-themed photo opportunities and more. Dress in your costume and bring your candy bucket to collect goodies – adults too. The Big Reveal Milford Christmas Event – Stores on Main Street in Downtown Milford reveal festive holiday Christmas and holiday window displays to their stores. Come downtown and watch the kids “unwrap” the storefronts. Local merchants will wrap their storefronts on Tuesday, get busy, and reveal their holiday best on Thursday night. to pick the right maple tree, then watch how maple trees are tapped and sap is collected. Stop by the French and Native American camps to hear and see how these techniques have changed through the years. Then visit the Sugar Shack to see and smell the sap being boiled down into maple sugar. Real maple sugar products will be available for purchase. All ages. $3 per child / Adults $5.
