Red Oaks Preschool Nature Program
Red Oaks Preschool Nature Program – Red Oaks Nature Center (248-585-0100). Children ages 3-6 can enjoy
nature fun as they increase their love for the outdoors. A naturalist will engage children with a story, nature talk and a related hands-on activity. Each child will make a craft to take home. Waterford Fireworks

Wade & Watch Movie Night
Wade & Watch Movie Night at Waterford Oaks Wavepool – Enjoy a family swim at the Waterford Oaks Wave Pool followed by a
showing of the movie Finding Dory during the Wade and Watch program. Gates open at 7 p.m. for swimming until dusk, then dry off and watch the movie on land, weather permitting. Bring a beach towel or blanket and a change of clothes for the movie. Guests are also welcome to bring their own food – charcoal grills are available (bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid), but glass containers and alcohol are not allowed. Berkley Summer Outdoor Movie Night
Berkley Summer Outdoor Movie Night – Berkley, Michigan Parks and Rec is holding Free Summer Outdoor Movie Night at Community Park (next to the Berkley Community Center). They are also hosting another outdoor movie on the Berkley Community Center Lawn. The movies start at dusk but the fun starts at 6p. Often there is plenty of entertainment for the kids at these events. Often there have been inflatables and concessions stands before the movie starts. Bring a blanket or lawn chair and enjoy! This movie is part of Berkley Parks and Rec’s Summer Fest. Summer Fest a series of fun events for people of all ages that reside in Berkley.

Come Out and Play
Come Out and Play – Ambassador Park. Enjoy a day on the playground and other fun activities during the free Come Out and
Play event. During this special day, day camps and members of the public can enjoy free access to the zip line, water and non-water inflatables and the climbing tower. Children must be at least 45 pounds and 42 inches tall and wear closed-toe shoes for the zip line. A waiver form is also required. Shoes are required for the climbing tower and socks are required for the non-water inflatables. For the water inflatables, guests may want to bring a swimsuit or change of clothes.
