Red Oaks Preschool Nature Program
Red Oaks Preschool Nature Program – Red Oaks Nature Center (248-585-0100). Children ages 3-6 can enjoy
nature fun as they increase their love for the outdoors. A naturalist will engage children with a story, nature talk and a related hands-on activity. Each child will make a craft to take home. A different seasonal theme each month. Cost is $5/child. Preregistration with payment required by calling 248-858-0916 weekdays or 248-858-0100. Hosted by Oakland County Parks and Recreation.

White Lake Halloween Trick or Treat on the Trail
White Lake Halloween Trick or Treat on the Trail – at Indian Springs Metropark – (248-625-6640, metroparks.com)
Kids put your costumes on and bring your favorite adults along. Meet some friendly characters with activities and goodies for you to collect along the paved path, perfect for strollers and wagons. Also discover fun facts, riddles, spooky decorations and photo stops along the way. Be sure to bring a bag or bucket for your treats. Ages 2-6. $5 per person. No pre-registration required.

Yoga in the Rock Garden
Yoga in the Rock Garden – (8:40a registration) Experience a beautiful practice with Yoga in the Rock Garden at Meadow Brook. All levels are welcome to join these sessions, which will focus on stretching and strengthening the body to release stress and rejuvenate. The goal of yoga is simple: breathe and enjoy the moment, then the rest will follow. In cases of inclement weather, participants will be notified of any cancellations. Orion Twp Summer Concerts
Orion Twp Summer Concerts – Enjoy free concerts on the hill at Wildwood Amphitheater in Orion Twp this summer on Thursdays. The Wildwood Amphitheater opened just a few summers ago and will be home to the free concerts this summer.
