Holly Oaks ORV Disability Dirt Day – Holly Oaks ORV Park (248-653-0710). Individuals with disabilities are

Night of the Dragon
Night of the Dragon – A Metroparks medieval festival! Enjoy live entertainment, inflatable jousting, bounce house, crafts, food & drink for purchase, strolling performers, medieval costumes and contests, skywatching meteor showers, and more! This event is FREE to attend. No pre-registration required. A Metroparks daily or annual vehicle pass is required to enter any Metropark. You can purchase an annual pass HERE.

Troy Community Center Toddler Open Play
Troy Community Center Toddler Open Play at the Fitness Center – (248-524-3484). Free for fitness members
or purchase a Day Pass. New opportunity for the youngest patrons to work on gross motor and socialization skills, while burning off energy in the cold-weather months. The gym will have a variety of age appropriate toys to ride, push, or explore. Children must be accompanied and supervised by an individual aged 16 or older. Wint Nature Center Early Childhood Hour Out (ECHO) – Wint Nature Center (248-625-6473)
Parents, grandparents, nannies and caregivers: Bring your little ones to Wint Nature Center for a caregiver-guided hour of activities, fun and friendship with local families on Thursdays. Participate in a caregiver-led activity provided by nature center staff. Enjoy coffee, tea and conversation with other caregivers. Strengthen community connections –conversation for adults; social interaction for babies, toddlers and young children. Optional activities may take place outside, dress for the weather. This program is free and no preregistration is necessary, although park entry fee applies for those without a vehicle permit. Caregivers must supervise children at all times. Siblings are welcome. Your first stop is the Environmental Discovery Center where you will pick up your skeleton scavenger hunt map and form. Then head out on the nature trails to spot as many skeletons as you can. Remember to pay attention to what you see them doing. Bring your scavenger hunt form back to the Environmental Discovery Center to see if you won a prize. All Ages. FREE event. No pre-registration required.

White Lake Halloween Trick or Treat on the Trail – at Indian Springs Metropark – (248-625-6640, metroparks.com)
Kids put your costumes on and bring your favorite adults along. Meet some friendly characters with activities and goodies for you to collect along the paved path, perfect for strollers and wagons. Also discover fun facts, riddles, spooky decorations and photo stops along the way. Be sure to bring a bag or bucket for your treats. Ages 2-6. $5 per person. No pre-registration required.
