Farmington Memorial Day Parade
Farmington Memorial Day Parade – at the Intersection of Grand River & Orchard Lake Road on Grand River Avenue, between Orchard Lake Road and downtown Farmington. The event ends with a ceremony at Memorial Park at Grand River Avenue & Oakland Street, followed by a free community luncheon hosted at the American Legion. The Parade Committee is looking for volunteers who would like to join the team and help organize and manage the event. Detroit VegFest
Detroit VegFest – The state’s largest plant-based event returns to Eastern Market for a second year with nearly 100 vendors, including popular plant-based restaurants, specialty food items, and eco-friendly shopping. Founders Sports Park Kids Fishing Day
Founders Sports Park Kids Fishing Day – three, one-hour time slots available.Rod & reels, tackle box, bait and provided for registered kids ages 4-16 (and their families) at Founders Sports Park to enjoy a local suggested fishing spot.
