Downtown Detroit Ford Fireworks – at Detroit River / Downtown Detroit. Detroit’s skyline will once again dance with lights and music as The Parade Company and Ford bring you the 66th Annual Fireworks along the Detroit River. Highland’s Red White & Blues Fireworks Festival – event hours are from 5p-11p/fireworks at dusk at Old Highland Middle School Location (N John St and M-59. nature fun as they increase their love for the outdoors. A naturalist will engage children with a story, nature talk and a related hands-on activity. Each child will make a craft to take home.
