Red Oaks Preschool Nature Program
Red Oaks Preschool Nature Program – Red Oaks Nature Center (248-585-0100). Children ages 3-6 can enjoy
nature fun as they increase their love for the outdoors. A naturalist will engage children with a story, nature talk and a related hands-on activity. Each child will make a craft to take home. Foster Care Orientation Meeting
Foster Care Orientation meeting at the Ennis Center for Children are for anyone interested in learning more about how to become a licensed foster parent. The orientation is the first step towards becoming a licensed foster parent with Ennis Center for Children. Information is provided about the types of children in care, how they enter care, and the process/skills needed to become a licensed foster parent. Meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 5p-7p at each local Ennis office. Virtual meetings are held via ZOOM every 3rd Tuesday of the month. For more info, www.enniscenter.org
Come Out and Play
Come Out and Play – at Pontiac Oaks. Enjoy a day on the playground and other fun activities during the free Come Out & Play
event. During this special day, day camps and members of the public can enjoy free access to the zip line, water and non-water inflatables and the climbing tower. Children must be at least 45 pounds and 42 inches tall and wear closed-toe shoes for the zip line. A waiver form is also required. Shoes are required for the climbing tower and socks are required for the non-water inflatables. For the water inflatables, guests may want to bring a swimsuit or change of clothes. Mt Clemens Fireworks
Mt Clemens Fireworks at Clinton Riverfront Park. The Independence Day Celebration fireworks will be launched at Dusk (approximately 10p) following a concert. Prime viewing is located throughout Downtown Mount Clemens near the Clinton River waterfront Downtown. NB Gratiot Ave, and the Crocker and Dickinson bridges are closed to vehicle traffic at approximately 7p. For more info, please call the Mt Clemens DDA at 586-469-4168. Monster Mayhem Archery

Have fun shooting at 3D zombies and other monstrous targets during Monster Mayhem. General archery instruction will be provided. All equipment is included.
