LEGOLAND Mini Master Model Builder Competition

LEGOLAND Mini Master Model Builder Competition – LEGOLAND Discovery Center Michigan (248-409-6009, legolanddiscoverycenter.com/michigan)

Children ages 5-10 are invited to enter this competition. Contestants will compete with other mini LEGO® fans to build their very own creation entirely out of LEGO® bricks. Each Contestant Receives – Free Admission for themselves and 2 family members (or friends), 50% off tickets for up to 4 more guests to watch, A special prize just for participating. Winner will have an opportunity to represent the great ‘Mitten State’ and virtually compete for the title of the Mini Master Model Builder of North America. Register HERE.

O.A.K. in the Hills at Spencer Park. Enjoy archery, camping, yoga, rock wall, kayaking, fishing, biking, hiking,

reptiles, pickleball, zip line and more during O.A.K. in the Hills Outdoor Adventure Kickoff. All ages are welcome and admission is FREE. This event is sponsored by Oakland County Parks and Recreation and the City Rochester Hills.

Yoga in the Rock Garden – (5:40p registration) Experience a beautiful practice with Yoga in the Rock Garden at Meadow Brook. All levels are welcome to join these sessions, which will focus on stretching and strengthening the body to release stress and rejuvenate. The goal of yoga is simple: breathe and enjoy the moment, then the rest will follow. In cases of inclement weather, participants will be notified of any cancellations by 4p on event date. Ticket holders for sessions cancelled by Meadow Brook Hall in the case of inclement weather will receive a full refund. $15. More Info / Book tickets.

Three ceremonies conducted by Highland VFW Post 9914. NOTE – Ceremonies are very brief. Those planning on attending should arrive at the locations well before the scheduled start times. 8a at Highland Cemetery, 8:30a at Highland Veterans Memorial Park, and 9a at West Highland Cemetery. Mt Avon Cemetery in Rochester / 10:30a – Parade ends at Veteran’s Point, Rochester Hills, with a closing Ceremony by Rochester Hills / 11:30a – Hot dogs at Rochester Fire Station.. Hosted by the Rochester Regional Chamber of Commerce. in conjunction with the City of Rochester, the City of Rochester Hills, and Oakland Twp.
