Three restaurants for Restaurant Week Royal Oak will be serving kids menus. Royal Oak is the first place in Metro Detroit to offer our youngest eaters a variety of options specifically for them. Kids menus are available at Lily’s Seafood Grill & Brewery, Lockharts BBQ, and Elephant and Co.

Seymour Celebration Oxford – Seymour Celebration RETURNS with carnival rides and splash pad fun! Fireworks close out Friday and Saturday nights of the Seymour Celebration in Oxford at Oxford Seymour Lake Township Park. Parking fee charged at 7p. Hosted by Oxford Twp Parks & Rec.

Foster Care Orientation Meeting
Foster Care Orientation meeting at the Ennis Center for Children are for anyone interested in learning more about how to become a licensed foster parent. The orientation is the first step towards becoming a licensed foster parent with Ennis Center for Children. Information is provided about the types of children in care, how they enter care, and the process/skills needed to become a licensed foster parent. Meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 5p-7p at each local Ennis office. Virtual meetings are held via ZOOM every 3rd Tuesday of the month. For more info, www.enniscenter.org
Clarkston Preschool Nature Program
Clarkston Preschool Nature Program at Wint Nature Center (248-625-6473). Children ages 3-6 can enjoy nature fun as they increase their love for the outdoors. A naturalist will engage children with a story, nature talk and a related hands-on activity. Each child will make a craft to take home. A different seasonal theme each month. Cost is $5/child. Open Bounce at Inflatable Playspaces – 248-288-5888, www.inflatableplayspaces.com. Inflatable Playspaces rents inflatables and backyard party games of every kind. They also have a great indoor bounce room & party room. On Fridays they open up their HUGE open bounce room for open jump for the low price of $9 per child (parents of children are FREE).
