Yoga in the Rock Garden
Yoga in the Rock Garden – (8:40a registration) Experience a beautiful practice with Yoga in the Rock Garden at Meadow Brook. All levels are welcome to join these sessions, which will focus on stretching and strengthening the body to release stress and rejuvenate. The goal of yoga is simple: breathe and enjoy the moment, then the rest will follow. In cases of inclement weather, participants will be notified of any cancellations. Upland Hills Farm Fall Festival Weekends – Enjoy visiting the animals, magic show, farm demos, hayrides through the woods, storybook trail, pumpkin picking, pony rides, and cider & donuts during Harvest Festival weekends. Harvest Festival Weekends are Saturdays & Sundays from 10a-5p. Harvest Festival Weekends include hayrides. Evening hayrides are from 7p-10p on Fridays and Saturdays.
