Oakland County Parks FREE Admission Day – All Oakland County Parks Division Parks (see list in description). Oakland County Parks and Recreation offers complimentary park entry to all guests. Addison Oaks Park/Day Use, Highland Oaks, Independence Oaks Park, Lyon Oaks Park/Day Use, Lyon Oaks Dog Park, Orion Oaks Park/Day Use, Orion Oaks Dog Park, Red Oaks Dog Park, Rose Oaks. Visitors can enjoy free daily park entry with access to natural areas, trails, dog parks and all park amenities. Center Line Independence Festival
Center Line Independence Festival & Fireworks – at Memorial Park Centerline. Fireworks close out Saturday evening of the annual Independence Fest which features crafts, live music, food trucks, a beer tent, and more.
