Explore Stony Creek Metropark with your furry friend. During each program, a park interpreter will meet you at different dog-friendly rustic trails throughout the park. Enjoy a nice hike through the woods as you discover the trees, wildflowers, and animals that call the Metroparks home. All ages event. $5 Adult / $3 Child. Geary Park Skate Jam at Geary Skate Park. Skate contests presented by Ferndale Parks & Recreation. This event will feature
competitions in 4 categories: skateboarding, inline skating, BMX, and scooters. Participants will showcase their skills and compete for the coveted 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place awards in each category. West Bloomfield Parks Go Fish Event – Marshbank Park (wbparks.org)
Join WB Parks on the fishing pier located on Cass Lake to share in this great outdoor pastime. WB Parks will have staff on hand with a limited number of fishing poles provided for hands-on instruction to get you and your child started. Win a fishing themed prize if you catch the smallest or the largest fish. A simple craft and game will be available in case the fish aren’t biting. $9 resident / $11 non-resident.
