Wixom Free Summer Concerts – Wixom will be hosting free summer concerts at Sibley Park in Downtown Wixom on Thursdays that coincide with the Wixom Summer Family Fun Days events that run 6p-7:30p.

Clarkston Preschool Nature Program
Clarkston Preschool Nature Program at Wint Nature Center (248-625-6473). Children ages 3-6 can enjoy nature fun as they increase their love for the outdoors. A naturalist will engage children with a story, nature talk and a related hands-on activity. Each child will make a craft to take home. A different seasonal theme each month. Cost is $5/child. Kensington Metropark Chow Time at the Farm
Kensington Metropark Chow Time at the Farm – Ever wanted to feed the donkeys or give the goats their
chow? Help farm staff feed resident animals, including pigs, goats, cows, and more. Learn what each animal eats and why. All ages. $5 per person. Pre-registration is required online or by calling 810-227-8910.

Pontiac Juneteenth Freedom Day Festival
Pontiac Juneteenth Freedom Day Festival – in Downtown Pontiac (Saginaw Street). The community will convene various activities
with local vendors and residents for an independence day celebration. Freedom Day Festival activities will be held near Saginaw Street and will include music, a kid’s zone, food and beverages. The activities will begin with a parade and proceed with a fireworks display later in the evening. Hosted by the City of Pontiac. pointiac.mi.us
Kensington Metropark Fun on the Farm
Kensington Metropark Fun on the Farm – from 10a-11a OR 1p-2p. Fun on the Farm is an indoor and outdoor children’s series that focuses on different animals and aspects of farming each session. Each program will include a story, hands-on activity, and a chance to get up close and personal with that week’s topic. Ages 2-6. $5 per child / Adults FREE. Wixom Summer Family Fun Nights is a series of FREE family fun events that take place in Downtown Wixom’s Sibley Park ALL SUMMER LONG.
Wixom Summer Family Fun Days at Sibley Park takes place on Thursdays from 6p-7:30p before the Wixom Summer Concerts series. Each Thursday evening will have a new, festive theme. All events are weather permitting and exact times are dependent on the event.

Come Out and Play
Come Out and Play – at Pontiac Oaks. Enjoy a day on the playground and other fun activities during the free Come Out & Play
event. During this special day, day camps and members of the public can enjoy free access to the zip line, water and non-water inflatables and the climbing tower. Children must be at least 45 pounds and 42 inches tall and wear closed-toe shoes for the zip line. A waiver form is also required. Shoes are required for the climbing tower and socks are required for the non-water inflatables. For the water inflatables, guests may want to bring a swimsuit or change of clothes. No registration is required. Hosted by Oakland County Parks and Recreation.

Lyon Twp Free Summer Concerts
Lyon Twp Free Summer Concerts – Music on the Grand summer concert series at Inspiration Park on Grand River in New Hudson, Michigan. Enjoy FREE family fun entertainment at Inspiration Park on select Wednesday evenings this summer from 6p-8p. In addition to live music, a food truck and kids activities will be on-site. Bring your blanket/chair and plan a relaxing and fun evening with the community. Music acts will reflect a wide variety of genres.
