LEGOLAND Mini Master Model Builder Competition
LEGOLAND Mini Master Model Builder Competition – LEGOLAND Discovery Center Michigan (248-409-6009, legolanddiscoverycenter.com/michigan)
Children ages 5-10 are invited to enter this competition. Contestants will compete with other mini LEGO® fans to build their very own creation entirely out of LEGO® bricks. Each Contestant Receives – Free Admission for themselves and 2 family members (or friends), 50% off tickets for up to 4 more guests to watch, A special prize just for participating. Winner will have an opportunity to represent the great ‘Mitten State’ and virtually compete for the title of the Mini Master Model Builder of North America. Register HERE.

Yoga in the Rock Garden – (5:40p registration) Experience a beautiful practice with Yoga in the Rock Garden at Meadow Brook. All levels are welcome to join these sessions, which will focus on stretching and strengthening the body to release stress and rejuvenate. The goal of yoga is simple: breathe and enjoy the moment, then the rest will follow. In cases of inclement weather, participants will be notified of any cancellations by 4p on event date. Ticket holders for sessions cancelled by Meadow Brook Hall in the case of inclement weather will receive a full refund. $15. More Info / Book tickets.

Holly Memorial Day Ceremony
Holly Memorial Day Ceremony – A crowd of several thousand veterans, families, friends and the general public are expected to attend a Memorial Day Ceremony honoring deceased veterans interred at the Great Lakes National Cemetery. There will be patriotic music. The VFW State Honor Guard will present the colors and perform a rifle salute during the ceremony. Taps will also be played. Mt Avon Cemetery in Rochester / 10:30a – Parade ends at Veteran’s Point, Rochester Hills, with a closing Ceremony by Rochester Hills / 11:30a – Hot dogs at Rochester Fire Station.. Holly Memorial Day Parade
Holly Memorial Day Parade – The Annual Holly Memorial Day Parade will begin in Downtown Holly (S Saginaw & E Maple St) and march over to Lakeside Cemetery for Memorial Day Services. Parade line-ups begin at 9:30a, parade starts at 10a. Hosted by American Legion Post 149 & VFW Post 5587.
