Oakland County Parks Summer Spectacular at Catalpa Oaks County Park (248-858-0916). Join Oakland County Parks for

Summer Spectacular, an evening of free outdoor fun with DJ music, make-your-own kite, arts and crafts, kite flying, face painting, a balloon artist and food trucks. No registration is necessary. This is a FREE event. Hosted by Oakland County Parks and Recreation.

Troy Community Center Toddler Open Play at the Fitness Center – (248-524-3484). Free for fitness members

or purchase a Day Pass. New opportunity for the youngest patrons to work on gross motor and socialization skills, while burning off energy in the cold-weather months. The gym will have a variety of age appropriate toys to ride, push, or explore. Children must be accompanied and supervised by an individual aged 16 or older. Sylvan Lake Fireworks

Sylvan Lake Fireworks at Dusk – Displayed over Sylvan Lake. Best viewing spots along the lake closest to Downtown Sylvan Lake.

Oakland County Boat Club Fireworks shot over Sylvan Lake. Fireworks start at dusk. There is no parking on the streets. Paid parking will be available at the Community Center. Buy a parking pass from City Hall starting in June. Hosted by the City of Sylvan Lake and the Oakland County Boat Club.

Explore Stony Creek Metropark with your furry friend. During each program, a park interpreter will meet you at different dog-friendly rustic trails throughout the park.
