Waterford Summer Concerts at Hess Hathaway Park – Waterford, Michigan will be hosting free concerts as part of their Concerts in the Park series on Thursdays evenings throughout the summer.
Local music begins at 6p, feature acts start at 7p and food and beverage are available for purchase. Bring a blanket or lawn chair and enjoy!

Mt Clemens Fireworks
Mt Clemens Fireworks at Clinton Riverfront Park. The Independence Day Celebration fireworks will be launched at Dusk (approximately 10p) following a concert. Prime viewing is located throughout Downtown Mount Clemens near the Clinton River waterfront Downtown. NB Gratiot Ave, and the Crocker and Dickinson bridges are closed to vehicle traffic at approximately 7p. For more info, please call the Mt Clemens DDA at 586-469-4168. Red Oaks Preschool Nature Program
Red Oaks Preschool Nature Program – Red Oaks Nature Center (248-585-0100). Children ages 3-6 can enjoy
nature fun as they increase their love for the outdoors. A naturalist will engage children with a story, nature talk and a related hands-on activity. Each child will make a craft to take home. Clinton Twp Fireworks
Clinton Twp Fireworks – at 6p (fireworks start at 10p). Preshow fun (fun for kids, live music) begins at 6p. Food vendors available
on-site. Shuttle Bus Service available from Erie Elementary School and overflow parking at Chippewa Valley 9th Grade Center. For people with loved ones interred at Resurrection Cemetery, the cemetery is extending hours on 7/4 & 7/10 to allow for visitors to share the 7/10 Clinton Twp fireworks with their loved one. Wade & Watch Movie Night
Wade & Watch Movie Night at Waterford Oaks Wavepool – Enjoy a family swim at the Waterford Oaks Wave Pool followed by a
showing of the movie Finding Dory during the Wade and Watch program. Gates open at 7 p.m. for swimming until dusk, then dry off and watch the movie on land, weather permitting. Bring a beach towel or blanket and a change of clothes for the movie. Guests are also welcome to bring their own food – charcoal grills are available (bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid), but glass containers and alcohol are not allowed.
