Northville Summer Concerts

Northville Summer Concerts – The Northville, Michigan Downtown Development Authority has announced their Summer Concert Series dates.

The Northville concerts will be held on Friday and Saturday evenings from June through August at the Town Square (Located on Main Street across from the Marquis Theatre). Concerts start at 7p. These shows are all acoustic.

Monster Mayhem Archery

Monster Mayhem Archery at Independence Oaks (248-625-0877, www.OaklandCountyParks.com)

Have fun shooting at 3D zombies and other monstrous targets during Monster Mayhem. General archery instruction will be provided. All equipment is included. Orion Twp Summer Concerts

Orion Twp Summer Concerts – Enjoy free concerts on the hill at Wildwood Amphitheater in Orion Twp this summer on Thursdays. The Wildwood Amphitheater opened just a few summers ago and will be home to the free concerts this summer.

Clarkston Preschool Nature Program at Wint Nature Center (248-625-6473). Children ages 3-6 can enjoy nature fun as they increase their love for the outdoors. A naturalist will engage children with a story, nature talk and a related hands-on activity. Each child will make a craft to take home. A different seasonal theme each month. Cost is $5/child. Clarkston Friendly Forest Halloween Event

Clarkston Friendly Forest Halloween Event – on Saturday between noon-3p (reserve your time slot). Presented by Independence Twp Parks Recreation & Seniors. Walk a friendly decorated trail to collect goodies from all of your favorite characters. For ages 2-9. You MUST pre-register for this event / tickets will NOT be sold on-site. Detroit Grand Circus Dog Park Halloween Costume Party

Detroit Grand Circus Dog Park Halloween Costume Party – Owners are encouraged to dress their pets to impress for a chance to win a prize in one of these categories: Best Costume, Scariest Costume, Most Creative Costume, and the Best Pet & Parent combination.  The annual event will also feature Halloween Themed games and gifts for dogs as well as treats for their parents and DJ spinning tracks. Hosted by the Downtown Detroit Partnership.
