Stony Creek Nighttime Nature at Stony Creek Metropark – Stony Creek Metropark – (586-781-4242,
metroparks.com). A short presentation from a naturalist followed by an evening out on a nature walk. Ages 8+. $5 per person. Pre-registration is required online or by calling 586-781-9113. Night of the Dragon – A Metroparks medieval festival! Enjoy live entertainment, inflatable jousting, bounce house, crafts, food & drink for purchase, strolling performers, medieval costumes and contests, skywatching meteor showers, and more! Wheels & Squeals Touch a Truck
Wheels & Squeals Touch a Truck – FREE touch a truck event. Parking on site is extremely limited. Take advantage of the free shuttle provided by
Oakland County Parks. Pick up from Silver Lake Church of the Nazarene. 520 W Walton Blvd, Pontiac, MI 48340. Shuttle runs from 4:45p-8p. This event is free and open to the public. Contact 248-858-0916 for more information. Hosted by the City of Pontiac in conjunction with Oakland County Parks.

Indian Springs Metropark Great Skeleton Scavenger Hunt – Grab your family, friends and your courage and come find these skeletons in The Great Skeleton Scavenger Hunt. Your first stop is the Environmental Discovery Center where you will pick up your skeleton scavenger hunt map and form. Then head out on the nature trails to spot as many skeletons as you can. Remember to pay attention to what you see them doing. Bring your scavenger hunt form back to the Environmental Discovery Center to see if you won a prize. All Ages. FREE event.
