Auburn Hills Memorial Day Parade
Auburn Hills Memorial Day Parade – American Legion Hall (96 Churchill Rd, Auburn Hills, MI, 248-852-4880)
The parade begins at the Avondale HS, proceeds to the MOMS Memorial, the Webster’s Cemetery and to the Auburn Hills American Legion where a community picnic will follow the parade and ceremony from noon-2p. For more info, call 248-852-4880. Hosted by American Legion Hill-Gazette Post 143.

Red Oaks Preschool Nature Program – Red Oaks Nature Center (248-585-0100). Children ages 3-6 can enjoy
nature fun as they increase their love for the outdoors. A naturalist will engage children with a story, nature talk and a related hands-on activity. Each child will make a craft to take home. The “main street” Summerfest event will take place on Saturday from 11a to 10p in the heart of downtown at Auburn and Squirrel roads. Have fun at the Auburn Hills Summer Fest kick-off from 4p-10p on Friday.

Walled Lake Fireworks – Walled Lake’s Annual Market Day / Beach Party / Summer Festival on East Lake Drive and Mercer Beach is during the day.
