Troy Community Center Toddler Open Play
Troy Community Center Toddler Open Play at the Fitness Center – (248-524-3484). Free for fitness members
or purchase a Day Pass. New opportunity for the youngest patrons to work on gross motor and socialization skills, while burning off energy in the cold-weather months. The gym will have a variety of age appropriate toys to ride, push, or explore. Children must be accompanied and supervised by an individual aged 16 or older. Canterbury Village Michigan Taco Fest – three dates, five stages of entertainment. Enjoy delicious creations from Michigan’s Top Taco Vendors, plus margaritas, sangria, and over 40 tequilas. Contests for hot pepper eating, taco eating, cutest chihuahua, and more. Live entertainment to include Lucha Libre Wrestling, Mariachi Bands, Salsa Lessons, DJs, etc. Kids can have fun with monster truck rides, mechanical bull riding, and a Kids Zone. Highland’s Red White & Blues Fireworks Festival – event hours are from 5p-11p/fireworks at dusk at Old Highland Middle School Location (N John St and M-59. Red Oaks Preschool Nature Program
Red Oaks Preschool Nature Program – Red Oaks Nature Center (248-585-0100). Children ages 3-6 can enjoy
nature fun as they increase their love for the outdoors. A naturalist will engage children with a story, nature talk and a related hands-on activity. Each child will make a craft to take home.
