Kensington Metropark Movie Nights – Pack up the family and head out to your Metropark to enjoy a movie under the stars. Bring a blanket and lawn chairs and some popcorn and your favorite snacks and spend a night in the park then settle in to enjoy the show. Arrive early to pick your viewing spot and then before the movie starts enjoy the park. The movie will be shown on an LED screen and start before dark. All ages event. Spencer Park Bass Tournament – The Park Bass Tournament is open to ALL AGES and SKILL LEVELS. All fishing is done from shore and there will be prizes for the most bass caught and also for the largest bass. Tournament participation is $5. Participants receive free park vehicle entry. You’ll even get a magical chance to see Santa before his big night. Write your letters to Santa at home and stop by Santa’s mailbox during the program to deliver your letters. Lake Orion / Orion Twp Easter Bunny Bop – at Orion Center 9:30a, 11a, & 12:30p (3 different sessions)
Photo visit with a special bunny, refreshments, craft projects an egg hunt with toys and candy-stuffed eggs and a few other surprises. Bring your own basket for filling with candy and prizes. Youth will be broken down by age for equal opportunity hunting for all. Pre-registration required, spaces are limited. Egg hunt will be held indoors in the event of inclement weather.
