Fall Cocktail Recipes – Seasonal Autumn cocktail recipes using cinnamon sticks, apple slices, cider, Amaretto, spiced rums, coffee, Kahlua, and more. Drink recipes to enjoy while watching the leaves fall and enjoying a football game on the tube.
Here are our FAVORITES! Most of these cocktails are super-simple to make.
Fall Cocktail Recipes
Boozy Coffee Recipe
Ingredients
- 12 oz of your favorite coffee or Crio Bru (I use Crio Bru, but that’s just my preference)
- 1 shot of Amaretto
- 1 shot of Frangelico
- 1 shot of Kahlua
Directions – Easy! Combine all ingredients in your favorite mug and enjoy!
Fall Cocktail Recipes – The OCM Rum Hot Toddy
Ingredients
- 1 oz of Dark Rum – My favorite dark rum to use? – Kraken Rum
- Hot water (about 12 oz)
- 1 tsp of honey (or more if you like it sweeter)
- Squirt of lemon or wedge of lemon
Directions – Nothing complicated here. Mix all ingredients with a cocktail spoon (or even a straw) in a mug and enjoy!
Fall Cocktail Recipes / Boozy Chocolate Milk Recipe
Ingredients
- 5 oz of milk (I used dairy free Flax milk and it was still good)
- 1 Tablespoon chocolate syrup (or more if you like it super chocolatey)
- 1 oz Kahlua
- 1 oz Amaretto
- 1 oz Traverse City Cherry Whiskey from the Traverse City Whiskey Co.
Directions – Place all ingredients in a tall tumbler. Stir well and add ice. Top the inner rim of the glass with some chocolate syrup
Punch Your Lights Out Fall Tequila Punch

Ingredients
- Apple slices (optional)
- Cinnamon sticks (optional)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons spiced black tea
- 12 ounces sweet vermouth
- 1 750 mL chilled bottle Eleven20 Reposado Tequila
- 12 ounces chilled apple cider
- 8 ounces lemon juice
- 4 ounces of chilled demerara syrup
- 16 dashes Angostura bitters
- 24 ounces chilled club soda
- Garnish – Rosemary
- Garnish – Star Anise
Directions – 1. Chose a 1 pint or 1 quart size glass or plastic pitcher. 2. Fill with water and add apple slices and cinnamon sticks. 3. Freeze over night or until solid. 4. Go ahead and combine the tea and vermouth in another container, let it sit for about for 90 minutes, then strain, and put in the refrigerator. 5. Put in a punch bowl the tea-infused vermouth, the Eleven20 Tequila, apple cider, lemon juice, demerara syrup, bitters, and then stir. 6. Top off with club soda. 7. Serve in desired glass, add desired garnishes. 8. ENJOY
