Peter Cotton Trail Birmingham 2026
This event features a FREE Easter Bunny meet & greet as well as FREE Easter Egg Hunt on a festively decorated trail in Booth Park.
There will be a Kid’s Zone featuring crafts, games, bubbles, and face-painting. For an additional fee, children can build their own stuffed animal at the event.
Adults can enjoy local food trucks and vendors.
Find the Peter Cotton Trail Birmingham fun in Booth Park at the southwest corner of North Old Woodward and Harmon Street in downtown Birmingham. Nearby parking is available in the North Old Woodward municipal parking structure, where the first two hours are always free, and at metered spaces on North Old Woodward and in Public Parking Lot 6 at 660 N Old Woodward.
Birmingham Parks and Recreation needs volunteers to help make this event successful. If you know anyone ages 14+ that would like to help and earn community service credit, contact Clinise Kirkwood at clkirkwood@bhamgov.org or 248-530-1651.

FREE Easter celebration will occur rain or shine. Enjoy an Egg Trail Hunt on a themed path, Peter Cottontail meet & greet, Kid’s Zone, crafts, face painting, food trucks, and build a stuffy. Hosted by the City of Birmingham.
