The Rochester Explorers Club is a FREE kids club. Kids can pick up their FREE Explorer Kids Club Kits with Official Adventure Guide downtown during the annual Downtown Rochester Sidewalk Sales at the Rochester DDA Booth. Kids select an activity, complete the activity, and take proof of the completed activity to an explorer station to earn an activity badge. There’s a different badge for each activity. For the final task, come to Movies in the Moonlight on August 3 with the guide and the badges. 30 activities, 27 days of new adventures. Complete as many activities as you would like, the goal is just to have fun. For more information, call 248-656-0060. Due to Covid-19, the 2020 Explorers Club will have the entire week of 7/13-7/17 to pick up their kits and there will not be a final day that culminates at Movies in the Moonlight as it had for the previous 6 years.
The Official Adventure Guide features 30 activities to choose from. Think of it as an outdoor scavenger hunt for kids. A great way to pass the time this summer for kids!
