My son’s Fed Ball team uses the facility during the baseball offseason and is well-equpiped to handle the full team practicing drills and even taking indoor batting practice in the netted “batting cage” area. There
is enough space at The Workshop Rochester for 3 regulation pitching lanes and much of the equipment (nets, batting practice cage protectors) come with the space.
The turf and size of The Workshop Rochester area is quite similar to the indoor facility at RARA Recreation (just down the street). My son’s Fed Ball team shopped several indoor training facilities in Oakland County before settling on The Workshop. The Workshop had enough for the team and
had extremely generous availability times. We locked in Saturday morning times all winter which is virtually unheard of at most places without getting on a mile-long waiting list.
The Workshop Rochester indoor sports training facility features a small waiting room for parents that offers free Wi-Fi – a huge plus.
The Workshop shares space is adjoined to The Studio Boxing and Fitness bootcamp, circuit boxing, and cardio boxing training facility.
