Waterford Oaks Try BMX for Free
Waterford Oaks Try BMX for Free – Never experienced the thrill of BMX before? Try it for free! Riders must be
age two or older and wear long sleeve shirts, pants and closed-toe shoes (no Crocs). There is no charge for admission, bike rental, helmet rental or track time on free trial day. For more information, call 248-924-0043.
Must be a 2-wheeled bike (no training wheels) or a balance bike for our younger riders. Helmets are required, full-face helmets are recommended, long pants and long-shirts are also required. Waterford Oaks BMX does have a rental fleet of bikes and helmets. Limited to first come-first served at an additional cost.
Troy Community Center Toddler Open Play
Troy Community Center Toddler Open Play at the Fitness Center – (248-524-3484). Free for fitness members
or purchase a Day Pass. New opportunity for the youngest patrons to work on gross motor and socialization skills, while burning off energy in the cold-weather months. The gym will have a variety of age appropriate toys to ride, push, or explore. Children must be accompanied and supervised by an individual aged 16 or older. Troy Recreation Teen Hiring Fair
Troy Recreation Teen Hiring Fair – at Troy Community Center (248-524-3484). Get to know supervisors,
learn more about the positions, and interview for the job. Apply online ahead of time or fill out an application on the spot. Light refreshments will be provided. Hiring Fairs will be in the Banquet Center at Troy Community Center. Positions Available – Lifeguards (indoor and outdoor), Swim Instructors, Assistant Pool Managers, Cashiers, Harvey’s Hut Concession Aide, Harvey’s Hut Prep Manager, Harvey’s Hut Assistant Manager, Day Camp Leaders, Day Camp Coordinators, Safety Town Coordinators, Safety Town Instructor. Ladies Night Out Milford
Ladies Night Out Milford – Ladies are invited to visit downtown stores and restaurants to check out what’s new and pick up giveaways, discounts, store wide sales, freebies, and complimentary snacks and beverages. Hosted by meetmeinmilford.com. Milford hosts these Ladies Night Events twice a year. Once in the Spring, and once in the Fall.
Meadow Brook Garden Club – (248-364-6200, meadowbrookhall.org). The Meadow Brook Garden Club also offers special programs that feature a guest speaker. These take place monthly at Meadow Brook Hall. Coffee and refreshments are served at 9:15a, and the program starts at 10a. $5 suggested donation. All ages event. Reservations are not required. MORE INFO.
Open Bounce at Inflatable Playspaces – 248-288-5888, www.inflatableplayspaces.com. Inflatable Playspaces rents inflatables and backyard party games of every kind. They also have a great indoor bounce room & party room. On Fridays they open up their HUGE open bounce room for open jump for the low price of $9 per child (parents of children are FREE).

Kids Night at the Hawk
Kids Night at the Hawk Community Center – Parents can plan a special night-out while kids get to enjoy a night-in at the Hawk Community Center. Hawk Recreation Staff will plan and oversee activities for a fun-filled night. You do not need to be a passholder to participate. Emergency form must be filled out at check-in. Participants will have supervised access to the pool and should bring a swimsuit if they wish to participate in pool activities. AGES 5-11. Resident/Non-Resident $25/$30. To register.
