Hawk Mom & Son Night Out
Hawk Mom & Son Night Out – Mother Son Night Out at The HAWK Community Center. Enjoy snacks (no dinner), music, dancing, games, activities and more. Registration required for both adult and child. $9 res / $14 non-res. Pre-registration required. To register. Hosted by the Farmington Hills Special Services (Parks & Rec) Department.

Addison Oaks Park/Day Use, Highland Oaks, Independence Oaks Park, Lyon Oaks Park/Day Use, Lyon Oaks Dog Park, Orion Oaks Park/Day Use, Orion Oaks Dog Park, Red Oaks Dog Park, Rose Oaks. Visitors can enjoy free daily park entry with access to natural areas, trails, dog parks and all park amenities. Kids Night at the Hawk
Kids Night at the Hawk Community Center – Parents can plan a special night-out while kids get to enjoy a night-in at the Hawk Community Center. Hawk Recreation Staff will plan and oversee activities for a fun-filled night. You do not need to be a passholder to participate. Emergency form must be filled out at check-in. Participants will have supervised access to the pool and should bring a swimsuit if they wish to participate in pool activities. AGES 5-11. Resident/Non-Resident $25/$30. To register. Three ceremonies conducted by Highland VFW Post 9914. NOTE – Ceremonies are very brief. Those planning on attending should arrive at the locations well before the scheduled start times. 8a at Highland Cemetery, 8:30a at Highland Veterans Memorial Park, and 9a at West Highland Cemetery. Explore Stony Creek Metropark with your furry friend. During each program, a park interpreter will meet you at different dog-friendly rustic trails throughout the park. Enjoy a nice hike through the woods as you discover the trees, wildflowers, and animals that call the Metroparks home. All ages event. $5 Adult / $3 Child.
