Walk through the beautiful Burgh Historical park and enjoy the sights of Halloween. There will be trick or treating stations throughout the park. Bloomer Park Making Maple Syrup – 11a-12:30p OR 1p-2:30p (2 sessions to choose from). Learn the first steps to make your own Maple Syrup. From identifying various species of maple tree, to the tree tapping process and sap boiling setup. You’ll leave with all the knowledge you need to make your own syrup and the Spile, Tubing, and Bucket to tap your own Maple Tree. Meadow Brook Hall and Gardens Perennial Plant Sale – A large variety of Michigan grown perennials, including many from the Meadow Brook Hall gardens, will be available at very reasonable prices. Credit cards accepted. This is a FREE event to attend. MORE INFO.
Rochester Hills Hoot N’ Howl Hayride – at Bloomer Park. Join park staff at Bloomer Park for a hayride to search for nocturnal animal activity. Enjoy a campfire, cider and donuts following the hayride. $7 per person. Purchase tickets HERE.

Spencer Park Bass Tournament – The Park Bass Tournament is open to ALL AGES and SKILL LEVELS. All fishing is done from shore and there will be prizes for the most bass caught and also for the largest bass. Tournament participation is $5. Participants receive free park vehicle entry. Stonewall Pumpkin Festival at Van Hoosen Farms – This year’s Stonewall Pumpkin Festival returns to Van Hoosen Farms in Rochester Hills from 10a-4p (Pumpkin Carving and Fall activities) and 7p-9p where people will be allowed to view the lit pumpkins on the wall. Hosted by the City of Rochester Hills.
O.A.K. in the Hills
O.A.K. in the Hills at Spencer Park. Enjoy archery, camping, yoga, rock wall, kayaking, fishing, biking, hiking,
reptiles, pickleball, zip line and more during O.A.K. in the Hills Outdoor Adventure Kickoff. All ages are welcome and admission is FREE. This event is sponsored by Oakland County Parks and Recreation and the City Rochester Hills.
